To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.
Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
For online purchases, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@eli.jewelry.
In-Store Policy — Exchange Only
Eligible in-store purchases may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Merchandise must be in original, unworn condition and must include the original gift box, warranty cards, explanation booklets, and tags.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only.
No cash refunds will be issued for in-store purchases. Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces (including ring sizing) and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may be used for purchases only. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit or exchange.
