Every ring is priced based on your design, choice of metals, and stone selection. We work with budgets of all sizes — from a few hundred dollars to well above $10,000. During your consultation, Eli will be upfront about pricing and help you maximize quality for your budget.
Most custom rings are completed in 2–4 weeks. If you're working on a tighter timeline, ask about our rush service — some rings can be ready in under a week, though a rush upcharge may apply.
Not at all — that's what the consultation is for. Many of our clients come in with just a general feeling or a photo they found online. Eli will guide you through the design process from scratch if needed. Bring inspiration, come empty-handed, or anything in between.
We're located at 398B W. 14 Mile Road in Troy, Michigan. In-store consultations are preferred for custom work, but we can also handle initial discussions by phone. Our store hours are Mon 12–5pm, Tue–Thu 11am–7pm, Fri–Sat 10am–8pm, Sun 12–5pm.
That's the whole point. We sketch, review, adjust, and refine together until the design is exactly right. No ring goes into production until you're fully happy with the design.
